It’s that time of the year where everyone wants to get fit. In my years of being involved in the industry one things certain, nutrition plays a huge role in your weight loss/fitness goals. I believe it’s ok to indulge in all your favorite things in moderation but for those that want a nice guiltless treat, you have got to try Banana Nut Bread!!!! Amaze-balls! lol

Ingredients:
45g Oat Flour
45g Coconut Flour
120g Vanilla protein powder
1 Cup Stevia sweetener baking powder
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1⁄2 tsp Salt
2 oz Nuts (optional)
-Pecans, walnuts, or almonds 4 oz Raisins (optional)
3 Medium bananas
4 oz Plain non-fat Greek yogurt 4 oz Applesauce, unsweetened 4 oz Egg Whites
4 oz Almond milk, unsweetened 3 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix your wet ingredients in one bowl and your dry ingredients in another bowl. Use a mixer/blender/ whisk to mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly add in the dry ingredients. Spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray, fill with batter, and bake on 350°F for around 25-30 minutes (ours took 40 minutes due to oven so keep an eye on it) or until it looks done. (Do the toothpick test.) Let cool and enjoy!
