Wow just got done slanging lashes ( aka applying lashes) at the shop! I drove from Austin this morning straight to work. I can’t complain I love my job, the weekend I had with friends, and the drive isn’t that bad. I actually have grown to like the drive because its my time to really think and dream. Thoughts are things y’all! Think it, believe it, achieve it!
First, I want to thank my sister Neshmayda, my mom, best friend Taren, sister from another mister Jesica, and soon to be my bros fiance Charisma! They did such an awesome job cooking, prepping. planning, baking and hosting. I am not going to lie, I usually get bored at bridal and baby showers but I had such a great time especially because most of my best friends were there!
Friday: This day I worked half of the day so I didn’t get to leave as early from Dallas as I wanted. There was also so much traffic downtown Dallas so I was a bit flustered! I ended up arriving to Austin super late. I thought everyone would be in bed by then but as soon as I got there all my family was slaving in the kitchen making the cutest cupcakes. That is way too time consuming for me. I am def not a Betty Crocker type chick and if it were up to me I would have gotten cupcakes at the bakery! That is why I am also EXTREMELY THANKFUL that they would take the time to do this.
Saturday: Yay! Briday shower day! This morning I did my last dress fitting with Nelda from Nelda’s Tailors. I love her.. she is such a sweet lady and is awesome at what she does! If your looking for a great tailor and are in Austin, check her out! Wearing the dress got me a little teary. I am so excited for the wedding! I just want to feel like a princess! Later that day we ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. Well mainly my sister, we have been calling her the Maidzilla lately. She has been planning and doing so much for me. She is such a great sister and I love her so much.

The games were fun too!I won’t post all the pics because some may look a little inappropriate haha. My favorite game was “Kiss Shelsea’s a**” instead of “Pin the Tale on The Donkey”

At the end of the night I got in my jammies and literally after 5 minutes of Facebookin I passed out hard and my mom had to snap a pic! I swear anytime I lay down anywhere I pass out!
