I usually stick to the same thing in the a.m when preparing for a show, but I love cooking different breakfast! I love making sure my husband eats clean too but he doesn’t like eating the same thing everyday, he likes change. I make him a lot off different things… protein waffles or pancakes, eggs with sweet potatoes and veggies, and lately his favorite is my steak with eggs recipe. Here I will share what I made him yesterday.
4 oz of cooked flank steak ( for me I would do 2 oz)
3 egg whites ( for me 2 egg whites)
2 cups of spinach
4 oz of sweet potato or 1/2 cup brown rice (for him I usually do sweet potatoes but in the image I did brown rice because we were out)
Mrs. Dash salt free Onion and Herb seasoning
(sometimes I add some Braggs Liquid Aminos (soy sauce alternative) if he really wants more flavor)
on medium heat in a pan I make scrambled egg whites then I add in the rest of the ingredients to cook together
Yummy and super easy! Great with some good ol coffee!
